Glenn Miller Birthplace Home - Furnishings of the era have been added to the home to give visitors a feeling for the early life of the Miller family. The location has now become an important place for all who love Glenn Miller and his music.

Iowa Aviation Museum - The Museum celebrates Iowa's remarkable aviation heritage, from the state's first recorded flight in 1910 to native sons and daughters exploring the universe. 11 civil aircraft are on display, including some rare examples of early flying machines from the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. Memorabilia and photographs tell the story of how aviation grew in Iowa.

Iowa Walk of Fame - Ninety tile plaques are integrated into the new Sheridan Avenue Streetscape, honoring those individuals born in Iowa or those who lived in Iowa and had a significant impact on the state, the nation and the world.

Montgomery County History Center - A combination of local history museum and an education and research facility. Exhibits relating to Montgomery County history as well as area and state history are on display with new exhibits and programs planned during the year.

Adair County Historical Museum - Display cases hold items which tell the history of the Pioneer Lifestyle, the Mormon Trail and the early settlers in Adair County. Medical and military displays, as well as displays of vintage clothing and accessories, household and small farm implements, antique tools and Indian artifacts are highlighted.

Nodaway Valley Museum - Your visit to the Nodaway Valley Historical Museum in Clarinda, can take you back more than a century when the Midwest was being developed with schools, businesses, farming and homes.

Greater Shenandoah Historical Society Museum - The museum contains thousands of artifacts significant to Shenandoah and surrounding area's interesting and rich historical-past.

Henry A. Wallace Country Life Center - The birthplace farmstead of Henry A. Wallace. The walking tour, organic produce gardens, programs and outdoor artwork will introduce you to the great achievements of Wallace, who served as U.S. Vice President, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, U.S. Secretary of Commerce and Founder of Pioneer Hi-Bred International.
